Your privacy is very important to RadioVision and therefore we do not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for any reason, except as required by law. This policy provides some of the specifics regarding treatment of personally identifiable information that we have collected on behalf of our clients and for our own use. As a full service ad agency, RadioVision operates exclusively on behalf of its clients. As part of our campaigns, RadioVision collects personally identifiable information about its clients for use in our proprietary online technology. RadioVision will not use any of the data collected for personal use but instead uses the data for fulfillment purposes in connection with ad campaigns.

RadioVision does not maintain data beyond the conclusion of a client’s ad campaign and is only used on behalf of the client. Any personally identifiable information that is collected from a client is never shared with anyone other than the client on whose behalf the information was collected. Personally identifiable information collected by RadioVision on behalf of a client belongs solely to the client and will be used solely in accordance with that particular client’s Privacy Policy. RadioVision requires that its clients use the data which RadioVision collects on its behalf in accordance with generally accepted privacy standards for both offline and online data. RadioVision is not responsible for data collected on behalf of its clients when such data is in the client’s possession. While RadioVision operates various ad campaigns on behalf of many different clients, the use of the personally identifiable information by the companies involved are clearly outlined by a Privacy Policy created specifically for that ad campaign. On occasion, one of RadioVision’s clients may agree to allow RadioVision to offer marketing information from RadioVision and its partners. In such cases, there will be an opt in question that explains to potential participants that when checking the opt in box the client will be agreeing to share their personally identifiable information with RadioVision. If there is no “opt-in” question, RadioVision will not share or use any of the data collected whatsoever. When individuals “opt-in” to receive information from RadioVision, they are agreeing to receive email and other notices from RadioVision, including marketing messages, special offers and notices about other promotional campaigns. Such notices may come from RadioVision itself, RadioVision clients or potentially companies for which RadioVision has developed a business relationship.

RadioVision’s proprietary technology collects data other than personally identifiable information for different kinds of campaigns. In general, clients can browse RadioVision’s website without giving RadioVision any personal information. We use web-tracking software to analyze traffic to our website in order to understand our customers' and visitors' needs and to continually improve upon our site.
